The program launches with a quick diagnostic – an assessment to be completed by the Board President or other designated board member in approximately 25 minutes. Nonprofit Advising will then meet with the Executive Director to review the findings from the diagnostic and gather additional insights into the working dynamic of the Board from a staff perspective.
These insights are then synthesized into a set of key recommendations that the Board can adopt and implement.
