In providing purposeful staff support, ongoing board communications, and assessment of the organization's strengths and challenges, we provide organizational stability and build a foundation for future success as an organization transitions between leaders or during leaves of absence.
Leadership Coaching & Advising
Do you need guidance as you start your new nonprofit leadership role? Have you hit a rough patch on the job? Do you need an experienced leader to help you work through a challenge or create accountability and a path forward for your goals? Coaching for executive directors and other nonprofit leaders not only promotes individual success but also increases retention and furthers organizational effectiveness. While most of our clients choose regular, ongoing sessions, we are available to support you in as many or few sessions as you determine you need to feel supported and set up for success.
Strategic Planning & Organizational Development

Are you in need of help, but unable to afford services? We are happy to provide a free 30-minute consultation to anyone working in the social impact sector in need of guidance.
Do you need a resource or more than 30 minutes? Please fill out our contact form specifying your need and the organization you are working with to help us determine if you qualify for pro bono services. Pro bono services are available to a limited number of organizations with budgets under $1 million that are working to further equity and justice, based on current capacity .
